The book INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER, published by Publikat in 2011, which has been sold out for several years and is being traded on eBay at horrendous prices, is being re-released here in a completely revised edition. Like the first version, the successor will once again feature the legendary wobbly cover, which summarises the concept of the two in a nutshell. It is assumed that a note similar to the following will be found in the files of various graffiti investigation groups shortly after publication: ‘Between 2007 and 2010, the accused MOSES and TAPS swapped their pseudonyms. With the help of an unknown number of others, they graffitied 1000 railway carriages over a period of 1000 days. In May 2011, they published their offences in the illustrated book INTERNATIONAL TOPSPRAYER. However, as no evidence of perpetration could be derived from the book, the relevant investigation proceedings had to be finally discontinued after ten years due to the statute of limitations pursuant to Section 78 StGB. Now that the statute of limitations has expired, MOSES & TAPS have published the book TOPSPRAYER EXPIRED, in which they comprehensively acknowledge all the allegations made in the proceedings in words and pictures. Furthermore, the suspects supplement the allegations with previously unknown photographs and descriptions of the offences. The book also documents several hundred previously unknown graffiti offences, particularly from 2011 and 2012.
