It is a fairly normal day at the local veterinary surgery, the animals and owners are waiting for their turn to see the Vet but then the door opens and the latest patient appears. What has caused such consternation amongst the occupants of the waiting room? Why has the tortoise hurried under the table? Who or what has just arrived to cause such a reaction amongst clients, pets and the staff?
